Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all confirmed pre-booked transportation services provided by Blue Sky Taxi.

1. Definitions

  • Pre-Paid Booking: A booking where the full fare has been paid in advance, typically via the online booking system.
  • No-Show: Failure by the Customer to meet the driver at the agreed pickup location within the designated waiting time.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by calling +41764759282 or emailing info@blueskytaxi.cab

3. Blue Sky Taxi-Initiated Cancellations

In the extremely rare event that Blue Sky Taxi is forced to cancel a confirmed booking (e.g., unforeseen vehicle failure, driver emergency), the Customer will receive a 100% full refund processed immediately to the original payment method. We will also use best efforts to arrange an alternative transport solution.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Please allow [e.g., 7 to 14] business days for the refund to be credited to your bank or card account, as processing times vary between financial institutions.
